Everything your depot needs to run a ZBus — in one place, in plain English
Driver references, system guides, narrated videos, the supplier manuals behind them, and a direct line to ZBus support. Built because operators told us they wanted documentation as good as the bus.
How it works
Named access for your people
You ask for access; a named ZBus director approves it. The system then creates the account itself and emails that person a single-use link to set their own password, so no login is ever shared and nobody can sign themselves up. Your own hub administrator adds and removes the rest of your people. Every sign-in and page opened is recorded against a name — evidence for training and chain-of-responsibility.
Read, watch, download
Each system has a page a trainer can lift straight into an induction, a video a driver can watch on a phone, and the manual behind it. Every statement carries a confidence flag so you know what is verified and what is still being confirmed.
Tell us what is missing
Every page asks whether it helped, and every search that finds nothing is logged. ZBus sees what operators look for and cannot find, and fixes the documentation.
What's inside
Driver quick references
Instrument cluster, switch panel and centre console explained in Australian English, one page per panel, from photographs of the actual vehicle.
Plain-English system guides
Braking (Knorr-Bremse EBS5), suspension and kneel, driver monitoring and ADAS, CCTV, destination signs, fire suppression, climate — what it does, what the lamps mean, what to do.
Narrated how-to videos
60–120 second videos shot on the bus and narrated: charging, CCTV footage retrieval, destination-sign programming, with more captured every month. Downloadable for the depot.
ZBus Training Academy
Video modules for drivers and workshop staff — hybrid route bus driver and high-voltage safety, and the full LCK6129H preventive maintenance program — each with an assessment that must be passed with every answer correct. A certificate is issued in the trainee’s name and every attempt is kept in a training register your organisation can export.
Parts catalogues and search
Zhongtong parts catalogues for the models in your fleet, section by section, with part search and a parts enquiry sent straight to the ZBus parts desk.

Request access
Access is per organisation and free for ZBus customers and operators evaluating a ZBus vehicle. Tell us who you are. A ZBus director reviews every request, usually the same business day, and on approval you are emailed a link to set your own password.
