Where your data is held
Plain statement of where the Owner's Hub runs and where its data is stored, verified 10 October 2026. If this changes, this page changes the same day.
| Application | Vercel | syd1 — Sydney, Australia |
| Database | Neon (PostgreSQL on AWS) | aws-ap-southeast-2 — Sydney, Australia |
| Australian hosting? | Yes | |
Serverless functions run in Sydney. Vercel's edge network caches static files (videos, documents, images) at locations worldwide, including Sydney; the application logic runs and all account, access-log and request data is processed in the region shown.
History
Moved from the United States (Vercel iad1, Neon us-east-1) to Sydney on 27 September 2026. Both former United States database projects have since been dealt with: one was copied to a Sydney project, verified row for row, and deleted on 9 October 2026; the other, a rollback copy, was emptied on 10 October 2026. No ZBus data is held outside Australia, verified across every organisation on the hosting account.
What is held
Operator account details, individual user names and work emails, password hashes (never passwords), and an access log of sign-ins, pages opened, downloads, searches and feedback. Parts catalogue data and parts enquiries are held in the ZBus Management System, not in this hub. Videos and documents are static files. See the privacy statement.
